Zonscope shows the 90-day price history of any Amazon product, free and with no browser extension: paste the product URL or its ASIN. The same product is also compared across the 8 European Amazon stores, so a price can be judged both against its own past and against the other markets.

## Method

- Window: the last 90 days, which covers a full promotional cycle.
- Markets recorded continuously: France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
- Readings are the prices actually charged, not the list price Amazon strikes through.
- The cross-border comparison covers the 8 stores Zonscope tracks: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands.

## Reading a price curve

- Compare today's price with the FLOOR of the curve, not with the struck-through price: Amazon strikes through the list price, not last week's price.
- A product that keeps returning to the same low will return to it again.
- During sales events every market drops together. The gap between countries usually survives, and that is where the saving is.

## Limits, stated plainly

- History goes back 90 days, not years. For a multi-year history, Keepa is the more complete tool.
- Coverage is European only.
- Belgium and the Netherlands are compared live but carry no price-history series.
